Tri-Link Networks Ltd, trading as "TRILINK" ("Trilink", "we", "us", "our"), is a managed network and IT services provider registered in England and Wales, company number 17323786. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit trilink.uk or contact us through this website.
When you submit an enquiry through one of our contact forms, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your name, company or portfolio name, email address, phone number, property postcode and portfolio size (for HMO/landlord enquiries), and any details you include in your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and — if you become a client — to deliver the services set out in your agreement with us. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business, and to take steps you request of us before entering into a contract. Where we process data about tenants on behalf of a client under a signed service agreement, we do so as a data processor acting on that client's instructions, as set out in our Master Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.
We do not use tracking cookies or website analytics at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our contract plus a period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Specific retention periods are being finalised as part of our operational rollout and will be confirmed here.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our processing of it, and request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@trilink.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your information properly. Trilink Networks Ltd is completing its registration with the ICO; this section will be updated with our registration reference once confirmed.
Some of our third-party providers (such as Formspree) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for international data transfers.
This website and our services are directed at businesses and property owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
